In Design Technology, we have been investigating stable structures and what makes a structure stable. We explored how factors such as shape, base size, materials, and balance affect strength and stability. As part of our learning, we designed and made our own windmills and had to investigate how to make them stable. Through testing and adjusting our designs, we learned how to create structures that can stand strong and work effectively in real-world situations.
