Year 4 had an amazing time at Lancashire County Cricket Club’s Open Day 2026 at Old Trafford Cricket Ground! The day was packed with exciting activities and experiences for everyone to enjoy.

The children took part in remote control car racing, cricket activities, ball games, a silent disco, cheer and dance sessions, football inflatables, archery, playground games and much more. There was also a temporary tattoo and face paint parlour which proved very popular throughout the day!

As well as all the activities, the class had the fantastic opportunity to watch parts of the Lancashire vs Middlesex cricket match and enjoy the fun-filled mascot race featuring mascots from across the local area. It was a brilliant day out full of smiles, laughter and unforgettable memories!
