		<description><![CDATA[In Design and Technology, Year 4 have been designing and building their own mechanical cars. The children explored how wheels and axles work together before constructing a sturdy chassis for their vehicle. They then tested different methods to make their cars move, evaluating the effectiveness of their designs and identifying ways to improve them. Through building, testing and refining, the class developed their problem-solving skills and gained a deeper understanding of how mechanical systems work. It was fantastic to see so much creativity and engineering in action!
