Creating Our Own Water Cycles
Year 4 have been bringing science to life by creating their own miniature water cycles! Each child designed and labelled a sealed plastic bag with key processes such as precipitation, evaporation, and condensation. After adding water, the bags were placed near the window, allowing the warmth of the sun to help kick-start the cycle. Over time, the children observed how the water changed, linking their learning to real-world weather patterns. It was an exciting and hands-on way to explore the continuous journey of water in our environment!
