In PE, we have been working towards our Leadership unit, where children have been developing the skills needed to confidently lead games and events across the school. They have learnt how to prevent boredom by adding appropriate challenge, adapt activities so that everyone is included, and organise tasks safely and effectively. Through collaborative planning, pupils have worked together to apply and refine a shared plan, building teamwork and communication skills. They have also developed a strong bank of games that promote cooperation and teamwork, which they are now able to introduce and lead with other children.
