In PE, Year 4 have been developing their problem-solving and teamwork skills through Outdoor and Adventurous Activities (OAA). Using a map created from Google Earth, the children worked together to navigate around the school grounds, searching for signs and numbered markers. They used their map-reading skills to locate and pinpoint each clue, carefully matching their findings to the correct locations. The activity encouraged communication, resilience and cooperation, while also helping the children build confidence in using maps and following directions. It was a fun and engaging way to combine physical activity with critical thinking!
