I have been a Governor at PRA for over 30 years spending over 20 of these as Chair and which I currently am. I am also one of the 3 Academy Trust Members responsible for the school.

My background is banking and finance but for the last 14 years I have run two award-winning companies. One is an academy conversion support company and the other is a CPD, training and coaching company. One company creates and supports academy trusts and the other up-skills the people who run schools and academies. We now also review and train corporate governance and international schools. I was also a National Leader of Governance for 8 years.

I have lived opposite school for 30 years and my two sons – now 35 and 32 – came to Park Road and they loved every minute of it!

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of CPD.

In the limited spare time I get, I am a Man City fan and have been for over 50 years. I also exercise at every opportunity and I am an avid reader.
