Please report absence due to illness or attending an appointment, to our Attendance Office at absence@parkroadacademy.co.uk, each day of your child's absence.

If you are looking at informing the office of time off during term-time for your child to go on holiday or attend an event, please complete the form in the "Parent Form Library" in the contact us area of our site.

We set very high standards with regard to attendance. 

• Holidays during term time cannot be authorised. Please complete the form in advance to inform our Attendance Officer of any planned time off.
• Where possible, medical and dental appointments should be booked outside of school hours. Email the absence email to inform our Attendance Office of any appointments in advance where possible.
